Reservation Policy

  • We require 50% deposit upon confirming your reservation through bank transfer only
  • Balance payment is required upon check-in date or bank-in 1 day before
  • Day guests is not allowed

Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellation is subject to 50% cancellation charges of the full booking amount. If cancellation made within (10)days or less, will be charged 100% of the total payment.

  • Weekday Rates – Sunday to Thursday
  • Weekend Rates – Friday to Saturday / Eve of Public Holiday / Public Holiday / CNY / Hari Raya / December
  • Complimentary stay for children below 7 years old limit (3) children only (Applicable in JR House and Whole Resort booking only)
  • All prices are nett.
  • Breakfast is included in the package. For other meals, catering services is available which require 3 days advance confirmation and fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities is available in all Villas.
  • Ample drinking water is provided.
  • Check in time at 3pm.
  • Check out time at 12pm.

House Rules

  • De Serenity is thoughtfully designed for those who cherish quality moments with family and friends in this peaceful environment.
  • Booked guests are not allowed to bring additional guests.Walk in guests are not allowed.
  • To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we kindly request your kind cooperation to avoid loud music or noisy parties to respect the peace and privacy of other guests and our neighbors.
  • Heavy furniture is not allowed to move (Applicable in JR House, Esmeralda House and Common Area).
  • Smoking only allowed at the smoking area.
  • Fireworks and firecrackers strictly not allowed.

Swimming Pool

  • BBQ and Steamboat close to the swimming pool area is allowed only for Whole Resort booking only.
  • Swimming Pool is open between 8am – 8pm daily.
